What is the relationship between Carlisle Development and Northeast Numismatics?
Carlisle Development and Northeast Numismatics are two independent companies with no common ownership. For more
than a decade we have collaborated in a number of ways. Northeast has provided substantial content for Carlisle's product line
and resells some of Carlisle's software. Carlisle has provided some technology to Northeast Numismatics and also some joint
marketing.
Do Carlisle and Northeast provide each other with revenue?
Some of our collaborations do result in revenue sharing in the form of reseller fees, royalty fees for licensed material,
and marketing fees. In the case of both businesses, such revenue sharing represents a very small fraction of revenue and is not
material to either company.
