IMPORTANT - Before downloading any service pack, you must know what version of the Collector's Assistant you are running. If you start the Collector's Assistant and click on Help->About you will see a version number x.x.x or x.x  (The first digit (x) is the main version number).

If the version is 9.x.x, download and install CAV9ServicePack2.exe

If the version is 8.x.x, download and install CAV8ServicePack12.exe

If the version is 5.x.x, 6.x.x or 7.x.x download and install CASmartServicePack10.exe

It is recommended that the service pack be downloaded to your desktop (or another known location) and then run from there.

Please be sure that you download the correct service pack for your version - installation of the wrong service pack, may require re-installation of the original Collector's Assistant CD - contact Carlisle Development Tech Support if you believe you have downloaded the wrong service pack for instructions.
