Shipping

All orders are shipped with 1 business day of order placement unless otherwise noted. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.

Delivery times do not include the 1 day order processing which should be added. Delivery is available via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day target delivery - not guaraneed) or USPS Express Mail (1-2 day guaranteed.

Privacy

Carlisle Development does not sell of give out customer contact information to third parties. E-mail addresses are used solely for responding to customer communications and for our monthly e-newsletter.

System Requirements

All software  products will run on Windows 7 (all versions), Windows Vista (all versions), or Windows XP (all versions). Mac users may run all of our products under an emulator such as Parallels Desktop or Virtual PC including one of the above Windows versions.

Returns

All software products, purchased directly from Carlisle Development are sold with a 30-day unconditional return privilege. You may return products for a full refund (excluding shipping cost) if you are not fully satisfied.
