Ordering & Shipping Policies
Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST, excluding Holidays.
All orders received during normal business hours are shipped within 24 hours. Orders received during the weekends or Holidays are shipped on the next business day.
A shipping and handling charge of $5.95 is added to all orders in the United States and orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. International shipping charge is $8.95 for air mail.
Expedited shipping is available at extra cost. Please note that transport times for expedited services are added to the 24 hour turnaround for shipping. For example, an Express Mail order placed on Tuesday would be shipped on Wednesday and arrive on Thursday.
Massachusetts sales tax is added for Massachusetts customers.
All Carlisle Development software products are shipped with a 30-day unconditional return privilege allowing the purchaser to return any products purchased with 30 calendar days for a full refund.
All software products run under Windows 98, Me, XP, XP Pro, 2000, NT, and Vista-all versions. Mac users require a Windows emulator such as Virtual PC.
All Carlisle Development President Coin Holder products are shipped with a 15-day return privilege except for special order frames (Gold Leaf and Mahogany) allowing the purchaser to return any products purchased with 15 calendar days for a full refund, except for special order frames which will bear a 30% restocking charge.
